Albackens Hunting & Fishing lodge is a family owned resort a few kilometres from Bräcke. The resort is one of the oldest in Jämtland and our focus is personal service that exceeds your expectations.
Albackens Hunting & Fishing lodge: A perfect base for your hunting and fishing experience
The lodge’s main building was established in 1990 and is situated in Albacken next to lake Alan. The resort has a sandy beach that offers attractive swimming opportunities. Apart from hunting and fishing, a range of outdoors activities are available, such as target shooting, cross-country skiing, cycling, a sports hall and boat hire.

Finding us
Find us by car from Sundsvall
The majority of our guests arrive by car from the Sundsvall direction. When coming from from Sundsvall, its easiest to head along the E14, towards Östersund and turn right at sign to Bispgården/Bergsåker, a few kilometres from Sundsvall. Continue on route 86 for 8 kms and turn left, onto route 320 towards Kälarne. Continue for 93 kms along route 320 and turn left when you see the sign towards Albackan. Continue onwards for about 8kms until you see the signpost “Albackens Jakt- & Fiskecamp” on the left. After a few hundred metres you arrive at the main building on your left.
Train arrivals are possible with disembarking at Bräcke Train station. We are able to pick up guests where possible. Call ahead of your arrival to arrange pick up and drop offs.
